Join me for a weekly 1 hour yin–restorative practice this January designed to support gentle release in the hips, spine, and shoulders. Supported, floor-based shapes and slow pacing will help the nervous system settle and invite the body to soften. This practice offers space to release what you’ve been carrying and come home to a steadier, more grounded place within yourself.

Class will be offered via Zoom at 9am PT on Tuesday the 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th of January. Recordings of the class available to you if you aren’t able to attend live.
