Fall Reset Retreat
Let Go, Reset, Begin Again

FAQs
-
This retreat is designed to feel safe, welcoming, and real—whether you come with a friend or on your own. This retreat attracts authentic, heart-centered women so connections tend to happen naturally.
-
No. Nothing is required. This retreat is about self-care and reconnecting with yourself. You’re encouraged to listen to what you need—join what feels good, skip what doesn’t. Rest when you need rest. Take space when you need space. There’s no pressure to do it all. Just show up for yourself.
-
Nope. There’s no such thing as good or bad yoga here. Come exactly as you are—tight hamstrings, tired heart, or wide open. This is about reconnection, not performance.
-
I’ll offer a simple introduction to Human Design during our time together—no prior knowledge needed. While its roots are mystical, Human Design is deeply practical and personal. It’s a tool I trust because it helps us understand how we’re wired to make aligned decisions, use our energy well, and return to self-trust.
You’re invited to take what feels true and leave the rest. An open mind is all that’s required—and you’re always free to sit out anything that doesn’t resonate.
Private Human Design readings will be available as an optional add-on for those who want to explore more deeply.
-
Our cacao ceremony will be simple and heartfelt. Think: fancy heart-opening hot chocolate around the fire. We’ll sip together, slow down, and share gentle intentions for your next steps.
Cacao has been used ceremonially for centuries as a sacred plant medicine to open the heart and connect with inner wisdom. In this space, it’s less about ritual and more about presence, warmth, and connection—with yourself and each other.
